What we seal
Patios, pool decks, driveways, walkways, and stamped or colored concrete.
Why seal here
Strong sun fades colored concrete, coastal air carries salt and pool chemicals etch surfaces. A sealer helps protect against all three.
Process
Clean, treat stains, dry and seal.
Will it change the look?
Penetrating sealers keep it natural; topical sealers add sheen.
How often should I reseal?
Every few years.
Pool decks and travertine-look concrete
Many backyards in Laguna Niguel have pool decks with a light, textured finish meant to stay cool underfoot. Chlorine, sunscreen and splash-out slowly etch and stain those surfaces. A breathable, non-slick sealer protects them while keeping the texture that keeps wet feet safe. We avoid glossy products on pool decks for that reason.
Hillside drives
Steep driveways get runoff after storms, which carries silt and leaves streaks. Sealing helps them rinse clean.
Common-area concrete
HOAs sometimes hire us to seal walkways and entry areas across a community. We can phase the work so residents always have access.
